Most days I feel like I spend way too much time on my smartphone. Don’t you? Well then I suggest this book! It is quick, easy to read and has great tips on stop using your phone so often. This book has inspired me to leave my phone in the kitchen over night (instead of the bedside table, which is where you will find most people’s smartphone – YIKES!!!).
